Immersive Acting Workshop: Tools for Audience Interaction

March 29 | 2–5pm | Pay-What-You-Can
1373 Grant St, Denver, CO 80203

The Immersive Acting Workshop: Tools for Audience Interaction is a practical workshop for actors and directors who want to strengthen their skills in audience-facing performance. Using real-world immersive theatre challenges, participants will explore how to treat the audience as a scene partner, define character relationships and objectives, and build a “tool belt” of strategies for guiding interaction with confidence. Through discussion and hands-on exercises, this session helps performers prepare for the unpredictability of immersive work while staying grounded in character, tactics, and play.

Pay-What-You-Can Pricing:
This workshop is part of Audacious Immersive's ongoing effort to help build a stronger, better-trained immersive arts community in Denver. We believe that if we want great collaborators, we need to help create opportunities for artists to learn and level up — and we don’t want cost to be the reason people miss out. If you’re able to contribute financially, your payment helps us cover costs and keep offering workshops like this. But if paying isn’t doable right now, we’d still rather have you in the room, learning, experimenting, and building your skills.
