Join the Cult. Summon the Terror. Laugh in the Face of Cosmic Dread.

This Halloween season, Audacious Immersive invites you to step beyond the veil of sanity and plunge into the cosmic abyss with Cult of Cthulhu.

This brand new immersive parody draws directly from the unsettling tales of H.P. Lovecraft, bringing a modern spin to his classic mythos of eldritch horrors and inviting audiences to join one of the Old Ones dark cults.

Written and directed by Ren Manley — Artistic Director and creative force behind nearly a decade of Audacious Immersive’s ritually attended Halloween productions — Cult of Cthulhu weaves eldritch terror with campy, 80s style horror humor, conjuring a cult experience where you’ll chant with fellow initiates, be tickled by the crawling darkness, and weigh the cost of summoning what should remain unspoken. Join your cult to awaken H.P. Lovecraft’s pantheon of unknowable, eldritch gods — and watch the chaos of the cosmos seep into our reality. where cults and their leaders ensnare us even today

Cthulhu FAQ

How long is the show?
The runtime is around 75 minutes, plus a 10 minute intermission.

What do you mean by "immersive/interactive"?
As a traveling production, this show focuses on offering an interactive experience that allows the audience to remain seated during the performance. We will have interactive bags with instructions provided at the door, as well as multiple moments of audience participation included in the show (no bags required). Though everyone is encouraged to interact with the performance as it unfolds, interaction is entirely opt-in.

How much are tickets?
Early Bird Tickets start at only $15, and will be available until September 15th. General Admission tickets will start at $25 with additional VIP add-ons available.

Will there be any accessible accommodations?

Yes! All of our venues are wheelchair accessible and the audience will be able to stay seated for the entire show.

If you will be attending with a wheelchair or other mobility assistance devices, please send us an email (info@audaciousimmersive.com) so that we can make sure to have a spot reserved for you.

Any Content Warnings?

Cult of Cthulhu includes loud noises, sudden (sometimes repulsive) sound effects, brief depictions of violence (non-graphic), fog effects, flashing lights, and projected imagery.

Is Cult of Cthulhu appropriate for all ages?

This is totally up to parental discretion. It's best compared to a PG to light PG-13 movie. The horror elements will be there, but not at high levels of bloody or violent. A few murderous cats and our theatrical depictions of incomprehensible Eldritch dieties. No swearing or adult content, but jokes will land better for teenage & older crowd. We'd recommend it for ages 12 and up, but if you have a younger kid who's really interested in all things spooky they'll probably love it.

What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact Audacious Immersive via email (info@audaciousimmersive.com) to request a refund or reschedule. Please give us 24 hours notice so we can resell the ticket. That being said, we understand things happen. If you miss the show, get in touch and we will try our best to reschedule your tickets for another night. Refunds are not available after you have attended the event.

We reserve the right to remove unruly audience members at our discretion without a refund.
